I would like to inquire about the input format for the test dataset
Will the submitted models be evaluated on individual static images, or will they be tested on consecutive frames from a sequence?

Thank you very much for your request. For the evaluation, each individual frame of a test video is made available to the submitted models in order to enable the best possible integration of temporal information. As described in our PhaKIR Submission Template Repository (see https://github.com/schnadoslin/PhaKIR_Submission_Template/tree/main ), every 25th frame should then be saved in the "outputs" folder so that they can be used for metric calculation. In conclusion, every individual frame of a test video is processed by the model, but only every 25th frame is saved in the "outputs" folder and used to calculate the metrics, corresponding to one frame per second.
