As described in the Docker submission guide ( https://github.com/schnadoslin/PhaKIR_Submission_Template/tree/main/docker_submission_guide ), your final step in submitting your Docker container is to verify that the container has been successfully uploaded to the submission platform. We then manually check on our side the correct functionality of your container and whether the output format matches the expected output format described in the submission template ( https://github.com/schnadoslin/PhaKIR_Submission_Template/ ). We will then send you feedback by email with the results of our manual check.
We have already checked your submission for correct functionality and have recently sent you an email confirming that everything is working correctly and the outputs are being generated in the desired format, so your submission is successful.
